Storing and Administering Medications for Students
If you wish us to store prescription medicine for your daughter in the medical room please click on the form below to download a copy. The form should be completed in full and brought into school with the medication and handed in at reception.
Please note that for epi-pens and inhalers, these will be returned to you for disposal when the expiry date has passed and you will be required to complete a new form to accompany the new medication. Please click the link below to download this form.

If your Daughter Sustains a Head Injury at School
If your daughter comes to the first aid room with a head injury which does not require her being sent home, she will be given a letter to bring home which will explain the nature of the injury. Please click on the link below for advice from the NHS.
