Booking Guidance

To ensure fair access for all families, only one booking is permitted per student (per family). When booking, you will be asked to provide the student’s name, and any duplicate bookings (including those made using different email addresses) may be removed and re-released.

Each booking admits up to 4 people, including the student, so there is no need for separate bookings for additional family members.

This helps us ensure as many families as possible are able to attend the event.

Attendance Guidelines

  • Open only to students currently in Year 5
  • Children under 3 are not permitted on site for safety reasons.
  • Children under 5 are not permitted in the Headteacher’s talk
  • Photography and video recording are not allowed for safeguarding reasons
  • If your child already has a confirmed Year 7 place for September 2026, there is no need to attend. You will be invited to a separate induction event.

If you do drive, please park considerately in surrounding roads, taking notice of the parking restrictions in place.

Accessibility & Special Requirements

  • Two disabled parking spaces are available on site and must be requested in advance (subject to availability).
  • If anyone in your group requires accessible arrangements (e.g. wheelchair access), please let us know when booking so we can support your visit.
