Open Evening 2025

We are excited to welcome families of current Year 5 students to our Open Evening on Tuesday 8th July 2025.

This event is a fantastic opportunity to explore our school environment, meet staff and students, and learn about our curriculum, pastoral care, and enrichment opportunities.


Ticket & Session Information

To help us manage numbers and create the best experience for all visitors, this is a ticket-only event.

Each session includes:

  • A guided tour led by our students
  • A 30-minute talk from the Headteacher

Tours begin at hourly intervals. Please choose one time slot only and arrive promptly at your booked time. Your ticket is valid only for the time slot selected.

Available entry times:

  • 4:00pm – 5:30pm
  • 5:00pm – 6:30pm
  • 6:00pm – 7:30pm
  • 7:00pm – 8:30pm

Each booking admits up to 4 people per family, including the student.

Please do not attend without a ticket, as for health and safety reasons, we cannot permit entry without one.


Attendance Guidelines

  • Open only to students currently in Year 5
  • Children under 3 are not permitted on site
  • Children under 5 are not permitted in the Headteacher’s talk
  • Photos or video recordings are not allowed for safeguarding reasons.

If your child already has a confirmed place in Year 7 for September 2025, there’s no need to attend – they will be invited to our induction event in July.


Getting to the School

There is no parking available on site. Please use public transport where possible:

  • Bus: Routes 127, S4, and 463 stop directly outside the school
  • Train: About a 20-minute walk from Wallington Station
  • Cycle: Bike racks are available

If you do drive, please park respectfully in the surrounding roads.


Accessibility & Special Requirements

We have two disabled parking spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Our Admissions Team will be available during the evening to answer any questions about the application process.


A Final Note

You may encounter external tuition providers outside the school on the day. Please note that we do not endorse any tutoring companies.
